Shipping policy – Wholesale orders
We process and ship orders on all Tuesdays and Thursdays (except on holidays), and the coffee is roasted the day before or at the very latest 9 days before shipment. If you hav any questions about your order, please contact our customer service at email@example.com
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
- DHL is our primary carrier for Domestic & International Shipping
- Delivery time can vary between 5-7 days from shipment (not including Saturdays and Sundays). We can't guarantee a specific estimated delivery date on orders.
- Shipments within the EU are sent via DHL Economy Select and all other shipment via DHL Express Worldwide.
- Clients will be provide with standard DHL Tracking Notification shortly after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
